Deep within the Carpathian forest, as the dawn mists rise, he calls out to his wolf brother, "Follow Me Home"...

~
An enjoyable picture to do. Just another one of my fantasies... :)

Somehow I missed this one before. And, I must say, it's my favorite! Sooo dark and mysterious, and makes me wonder what he's up to/ where he's going. It gives me the same kind of feeling I got while reading Bram Stoker's "dracula" - just so magical and dark and mysterious. GORGEOUS! :+fav:

thank you! I love your comments  funny you mentioned Dracula cos i read that not long ago too :) (and a lot of stock i use is Romanian ;) ) I watched Bram Stoker's Dracula just the other day... Awesome film! The imagery is incredible.
And i love creating pictures like this... visions from fantasies.... and i would LOVE to live in a remote castle surrounded by a beautiful forest and mountains.

Have you seen "Nosferatu" with Isabella Adjani? It's my fav Dracula film.

Tho NO movie could ever capture the amazing wonder of the novel.

I too would love to live in a remote castle. When I lived in Germany there were old castle ruins all over the mountains. You could see a castle from our living-room window. Magical. You can't find that here in USA because nothing is much over 200 years old! :(

Nosferatu... you mean that old b&w film? Yes, i saw that. :) I saw some recent version of it too (or some alternate version), although i can't really recall much about it.
Germany sounds lovely :) You'd think with me living in England, i'd see a few castle now and again too, but there aren't any in this area. I would love to visit Bran Castle in Romania. It's known as Dracula's castle, although it isn't really :) But it's a beautiful country.

No I mean the newer version, in color, from France and Germany. It's amazing. Maybe its the one you mentioned - I saw the BnW too, but I liked this better.:)
I want to see Bran castle, too!

Fantastic job dear. Your best work so far, I'm pretty sure. Shows a lot of improvement in your manipulation scenes. Wild and intimate, great stuff.

Thank you so much! :D I am glad that i am showing improvement, as it's often hard to self critique. I wasn't sure about the tower though... it was hard to blend into the scene. A fun piccy to do though :)
