Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

The Solitary Wolf

And i wandered upon this earth.  It grew and changed all around me, yet i stayed the same.  I wandered far, too far, and i found myself a thousand miles away from those i once knew.  In my darkness i found the moon and all those mystical nightsongs i heard from the distance.  I lay in the snow amongst the tallest trees and waited for a star i could wish upon.  But I couldn't find the star, it was hidden behind the clouds.  I put my head down to sleep, and dreamed once more of a warm body laying beside of me.  I dreamed of that special place, a lair to call my own.  A place where nothing and no one could hurt me.

I met another wolf one day, a black wolf with wild eyes but those wild ones are always the ones with the gentlest souls.  I could whisper a secret to him and he would already know it because he heard that same nightsong.  He could carry my secret with him a thousand miles away.  But he has his own wolfpack and i know, once again, i don't belong.  I pass by in the night, with sad smile knowing it was good to know you, if only for the shortest time.  Although i admit there is a part of me that longed to have your wild eyes watching me and perhaps i could show you a world you never knew.  You and i may be so much alike, but the world has had its wicked way with you and i wonder if you had forgotten how to wish upon the stars.

So my journey must continue alone.  I must leave the forest so one day i will reach the mountain, with the longest and hardest journey of all ahead of me.  And there, in the land beyond the forest, my beautiful wolfboy calls to me, but heaven is still a million miles away.

I've thought of myself as a packless wolf since I was a teenager and occasionally I catch a distant cry that calls out to me and I call back. But we are just too far away to ever run together but it helps me know I am not totally alone. I kinda see this as the same thing. You aren't alone. You're just...far away. :>
